Please do the following steps to change it into a label we can scan:

- Go to your “Orders” tab in your Amazon account (either on your phone app or the computer)
- Click on product you are returning. It will say “Return Started”
- Click on “Check Return Status”
- Click on “CANCEL RETURN” twice
- Click on “Back” and this will take you back to the “Why are you returning this?” screen.
- Answer the “Why are you returning this?” question.
- Choose how you’d like your refund.
- To the question “How will you mail your return?” click on the “2 other return options” in the middle of the page.
- Click “UPS Drop off”
- Click “Confirm Your Return”
- Click “Email copy of label” or "Print Label" (if you have a printer)
- IF you choose to email:
- Click “Send to friend”
- Enter our email address: dropoffprint@gmail.com
- Send email.
- Bring your package to the counter and we can print this off for you.
- Pay the $1 drop-off printing charge.
